To authorize appropriations for the Department of Justice for fiscal years 2006 through 2009, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Violence Against Women and Department of Justice Reauthorization Act of 2005’’. SEC. 2. TABLE OF CONTENTS.
