To reauthorize the Export-Import Bank of the United States.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS.

SEC. 2. EXTENSION OF AUTHORITY.

Section 7 of the Export-Import Bank Act of 1945 (12 U.S.C. 635f) is amended by striking ‘‘2006’’ and inserting ‘‘2011’’. SEC. 3. SUB-SAHARAN AFRICA ADVISORY COMMITTEE.

(b) IMPROVED LIAISON WITH AFRICAN REGIONAL FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS.— (1) MASTER GUARANTEE AGREEMENTS.—Within 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Export-Import Bank
