SEC.402 .C ONV E YA NCE O FR E T A I NE D INTEREST IN ST. J OSE PHM EMO - RIA L HALL. (a)INGE NE RAL.—Subject t o t h ete rms a nd cond i tions o f sub - section (c) , the A dministrator of Genera l Ser v ices shall conve y to the city of St. J ose p h, M ichi g an, by q uitclaim deed, any interest retained by the U nited States in St. Joseph Memorial H all. (b) S T . J OS E PH ME M OR I AL HALL D E F INE D .—In this section, the term ‘ ‘St. Joseph Memorial Hall ’ ’ means the property subject to a conveyance from the Secretary of C ommerce to the city of St. Joseph, Michigan, by quitclaim deed dated May 9 , 1 9 36 , recorded in L iber 31 0 , at page 4 04, in the R egister of Deeds for B errien County, Michigan. (c) T ERMS AND CONDITIONS.—The conveyance under subsection (a) shall be subject to the follo w ing terms and conditions

(1) CONSIDERATION.—As consideration for the conveyance under subsection (a), the city of St. Joseph, Michigan, shall pay $ 10,000 to the United States. ( 2 ) ADDITIONAL TERMS AND C ONDITIONS.—The Adminis- trator may require such additional terms and conditions for the conveyance under subsection (a) as the Administrator con- siders appropriate to protect the interests of the United States. Section 219(f)(30) of the W ater Resources Development Act of 1992 (106 Stat. 4 8 3 5; 110 Stat. 3 7 57; 113 Stat. 334; 114 Stat. 2763A – 220; 119 Stat. 282; 119 Stat. 2257) is amended by stri k ing ‘‘$55,000,000’’ and inserting ‘‘$75,000,000’’. SEC. 502. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE REVIE W . Consistent with applicable standards and procedures, the Department of Justice shall review allegations of impropriety regarding item 462 in section 1934(c) of P ublic Law 109–59 to ascertain if a violation of F ederal criminal law has occurred.
