and ‘‘( B ) any sites established, or able to be established, under sections 8 111 and 81 5 3 of this title.’’. (b) D EADLIN E FOR FIR ST ANN U AL RE P ORT.— T he Secretary of V eterans Affairs shall submit the first report required under section 811 9 (a) of title 38, U nited States C ode, as added by subsection (a), by not later than 9 0 days after the date of the enactment of this Act. The spinal cord in j ury center located at the J ames A. H aley Department of Veterans Affairs M edical Center in Tampa, Florida, shall after the date of the enactment of this Act be k nown and designated as the ‘‘Michael Bilirakis Department of Veterans Affairs Spinal Cord Injury Center’’. Any reference to such center in any law, regulation, map, document, record, or other paper of the United States shall be considered to be a reference to the ‘‘Michael Bilirakis Department of Veterans Affairs Spinal Cord Injury Center’’.
