(c) TRANS F ER OF ADMINISTRATI V E JU RISDICTION.— (1) IN G ENERAL.—After the conveyance under subsection (b)(1) has been completed, the Secretary of Energy shall, on request of the Secretary of the Air Force, transfer to the Sec - retary of the Air Force administrative j urisdiction over the parcel of appro x imately 7 acres of land identified as ‘ ‘ P arcel B ’ ’ on the map, including any improvements to the parcel. ( 2 ) R EMOVAL OF IM P ROVEMENTS.—In concurrence with the transfer under paragraph (1), the Secretary of Energy shall, on request of the Secretary of the Air Force, arrange and pay for removal of any improvements to the parcel transferred under that paragraph.
