T he Secretary o f the Treasury may strike and sell duplicates in bron z e of the gold medal struck pursuant to section 3 under such regulations as the Secretary may prescribe, at a price sufficient to cover the cost thereof, including labor, materials, dies, use of machinery, and overhead e x penses, and the cost of the gold medals. PROCEEDS OF SALE. ( a ) A UTHORI T Y TOU SEF U ND A M OUNTS. — There is authorized to be charged against the United States M int P ublic E nterprise Fund, such amounts as may be necessary to pay for the costs of the medals struck pursuant to this Act. (b) PRO C EEDS O F S AL E.—Amounts received from the sale of duplicate bronze medals authorized under section 4 shall be depos - ited into the United States Mint Public Enterprise Fund.
