ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISION OPEN WORLD LEADERSHIP CENTER SEC. 1601. (a) BOARD MEMBERSHIP.—Section 313(a)(2) of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2001 (2 U.S.C. 1151(a)(2)) is amended— (1) in subparagraph (A), by striking ‘‘members’’ and inserting ‘‘Members of the House of Representatives’’; and (2) in subparagraph (B), by striking ‘‘members’’ and inserting ‘‘Senators’’. (b) EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.—Section 313(d) of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2001 (2 U.S.C. 1151(d)) is amended in the first sentence by striking ‘‘The Board shall appoint’’ and inserting ‘‘On behalf of the Board, the Librarian of Congress shall appoint’’.
