(3) CONFORMIN G AMENDMENT.—Section 280 6 (c)(1) of such title is amended by striking ‘‘section 2805(a)(2)’’ and inserting ‘‘section 2805(a)’’. (b) LA B ORATORY REVITALI Z ATION AUTHORIZED.—Section 2805(d) of such title is amended— (1) in paragraph (1)(B), by inserting ‘‘or from funds author- i z ed to be made available under section 21 9 (a) of the D uncan H unter N ational Defense Authorization Act for F iscal Y ear 2009 (Public Law 110 –4 1 7

ized by law’’; (2) by striking paragraph (3); and (3) by redesignating paragraphs (4), (5), and (6) as para- graphs (3), (4), and (5), respectively. (c) M ECHANISMS TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR LABORATORY REVITAL- IZATION.— (1) ADDITIONAL PURPOSE.—Subsection (a)(1) of section 219 of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 (Public Law 110–417; 10 U.S.C. 2358 note) is amended by adding at the end the following new subpara- graph: ‘‘(D) T o fund the revitalization and recapitalization of the laboratory pursuant to section 2805(d) of title 10, United States Code.’’. (2) MODIFICATION OF REPORTING RE Q UIREMENTS.—Sub- section (b) of such section is amended— (A) by striking paragraph (2); and (B) by striking ‘‘AUTHORITY’’ and all that follows through ‘‘Not’’ and inserting ‘‘AUTHORITY.—Not’’.
