and of which $56,000,000 is to be derived from the Land and Water Conservation Fund. NATIONA LW ILDLIFE REFUGE FUND For expenses necessary to implement the Act of O ctober 17, 1978 (16 U.S.C. 715s), $14,500,000. NORT H A M ERICAN WETLANDS CONSERVATION FUND For expenses necessary to carry out the provisions of the N orth American Wetlands Conservation Act, as amended (16 U.S.C. 4401– 4414), $47,647,000, to remain available until expended. NEOTROPICAL MIGRATOR YB IRD CONSERVATION For expenses necessary to carry out the Neotropical M igratory Bird Conservation Act, as amended, (16 U.S.C. 6101 et seq.), $5,000,000, to remain available until expended. MULTINATIONAL SPECIES CONSERVATION FUND For expenses necessary to carry out the African Elephant Con- servation Act (16 U.S.C. 4201–4203, 4211–4214, 4221–4225, 4241– 4246, and 1538), the Asian Elephant Conservation Act of 1997 (16 U.S.C. 4261–4266), the Rhinoceros and Tiger Conservation Act of 1994 (16 U.S.C. 5301–5306), the G reat Ape Conservation Act of 2000 (16 U.S.C. 6301–6305), and the Marine Turtle Conservation Act of 2004 (16 U.S.C. 6601–6606), $11,500,000, to remain available until expended. STATE AND TRIBAL WILDLIFE GRANTS For wildlife conservation grants to States and to the D istrict of Columbia, P uerto Rico, Guam, the United States V irgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, and Indian tribes under the provisions of the Fish and Wildlife Act of 1956 and the Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act, for the development and implementation of programs for the benefit of wildlife and their habitat, including species that are not hunted or fished, $90,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That
