Notwithstanding any other law, the Secretary of the Interior shall install in the area of the W orld War II M emorial in the D istrict of Columbia a suitable plaque to commemorate the extraordinary leadership of Senator Robert J . Section 5 08(b)(2) of the O mnibus Parks and Public Lands Management Act of 1996, as amended ( 4 0 U.S.C. 8903 note; 110 Stat. 4157, 114 Stat. 26, 117 Stat. 1347, 119 Stat. 527, 122 Stat. 5034) shall be amended by striking ‘ ‘November 12, 2009 ’ ’ and inserting ‘‘September 30, 2010’’. Notwithstanding section 8903(e) of title 40, United States Code, the authority provided by Public Law 107–62 and Public Law 107–315 shall continue to apply through September 30, 2010.
