DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE FAMILY HOUSING I MPRO V EMENT FUND For the Department of Defense Family Housing Improvement Fund, $2,600,000, to remain available until expended, for family housing initiatives underta k en pursuant to section 2883 of title 10, U nited States Code, providing alternative means of acquiring and improving military family housing and supporting facilities. HOMEO W NERS ASSISTANCE FUND For the Homeowners Assistance Fund established by section 1013 of the Demonstration Cities and Metropolitan Development Act of 1966 (42 U.S.C. 33 7 4), as amended by section 1001 of division A of the American R ecovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 ( P ublic L aw 111 – 5
