POCKETV E RSI O N O F T H E U NITE D ST A TES CONSTITUTION — HOUSE PRINT Resolved by the Senate (the House of Representatives concur- ring), SECTION1.P OC K ET V E R SION O F T H E U NITE D ST A TES CONSTITUTION. (a) IN G E NE RAL .—The 24th edition of the pocket version of the United States Constitution shall be printed as a Senate document under the direction of the Joint Committee on P rinting. (b) A D D IT I O NAL CO P IE S .—In addition to the usual number, there shall be printed the lesser of— (1) 551,000 copies of the document, of which 441,000 copies shall be for the use of the House of R epresentatives, 100,000 copies shall be for the use of the Senate, and 10,000 copies shall be for the use of the Joint Committee on Printing; or (2) such number of copies of the document as does not exceed a total production and printing cost of $ 21 8 , 37 9, with distribution to be allocated in the same proportion as described in paragraph (1), except that in no case shall the number of copies be less than 1 per M ember of Congress. AD J OURN M ENT—HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND SENATE Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concur- ring), That, in consonance with section 132(a) of the L egislative Reorgani z ation Act of 1946, when the House adjourns on the legisla- tive day of Friday, July 31, 2009, Saturday, August 1, 2009, or Sunday, August 2, 2009, on a motion offered pursuant to this concurrent resolution by its Majority Leader or his designee, it stand adjourned until 2 p.m. on Tuesday, September 8, 2009, or until the time of any reassembly pursuant to section 2 of this concurrent resolution, whichever occurs first; and that when the Senate recesses or adjourns on any day from Thursday, August July31,20 0 9[H.Con .
