(b) CONFORMING AMENDMENT.—Section 36B(f)(2)(B)(ii) of such Code is amended by inserting ‘‘in the table contained’’ after ‘‘each of the dollar amounts’’. (c) EFFECTIVE DATE.—The amendments made by this section shall apply to taxable years beginning after December 31, 2013. SEC. 209. DETERMINATION OF BUDGETARY EFFECTS. (a) IN GENERAL.—The budgetary effects of this Act, for the purpose of complying with the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go Act of 2010, shall be determined by reference to the latest statement titled ‘‘Budgetary Effects of PAYGO Legislation’’ for this Act, sub- mitted for printing in the Congressional Record by the Chairman of the Senate Budget Committee, provided that such statement has been submitted prior to the vote on passage. (b) EMERGENCY DESIGNATION FOR CONGRESSIONAL ENFORCE- MENT.—In the House of Representatives, this Act, with the excep- tion of section 101, is designated as an emergency for purposes of pay-as-you-go principles.
