(b) DINGELL-JOHNSON SPORT FISH RESTORATION ACT.—Section 4 of the Dingell-Johnson Sport Fish Restoration Act (16 U.S.C. 777c) is amended— (1) in subsection (a) by striking ‘‘For each of fiscal years 2006’’ and all that follows before paragraph (1) and inserting the following: ‘‘For each of fiscal years 2006 through 2010, and for the period beginning on October 1, 2010, and ending on March 4, 2011, the balance of each annual appropriation made in accordance with the provisions of section 3 remaining after the distributions for administrative expenses and other purposes under subsection (b) and for multistate conservation grants under section 14 shall be distributed as follows:’’; and (2) in subsection (b)(1)(A) by striking the first sentence and inserting the following: ‘‘From the annual appropriation made in accordance with section 3, for each of fiscal years 2006 through 2010, and for the period beginning on October 1, 2010, and ending on March 4, 2011, the Secretary of the Interior may use no more than the amount specified in subpara- graph (B) for the fiscal year for expenses for administration incurred in the implementation of this Act, in accordance with this section and section 9.’’. (c) SURFACE TRANSPORTATION PROJECT DELIVERY PILOT PRO- GRAM.—Section 327(i)(1) of title 23, United States Code, is amended by striking ‘‘6 years after’’ and inserting ‘‘7 years after’’. (d) IMPLEMENTATION OF FUTURE STRATEGIC HIGHWAY RESEARCH PROGRAM.—Section 510 of title 23, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: ‘‘(h) IMPLEMENTATION.—Notwithstanding any other provision of this section, the Secretary may use funds made available to carry out this section for implementation of research products related to the future strategic highway research program, including development, demonstration, evaluation, and technology transfer activities.’’. Subtitle C—Public Transportation Programs SEC. 2301. ALLOCATION OF FUNDS FOR PLANNING PROGRAMS. Section 5305(g) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking ‘‘December 31, 2010’’ and inserting ‘‘March 4, 2011’’. SEC. 2302. SPECIAL RULE FOR URBANIZED FORMULA GRANTS. Section 5307(b)(2) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— (1) in the paragraph heading, by striking ‘‘DECEMBER 31, 2010’’ and inserting ‘‘MARCH 4, 2011’’; (2) in subparagraph (A) by striking ‘‘December 31, 2010’’ and inserting ‘‘March 4, 2011’’; and (3) in subparagraph (E)— (A) in the paragraph heading, by striking ‘‘DECEMBER 31, 2010’’ and inserting ‘‘MARCH 4, 2011’’; and (B) in the matter preceding clause (i) by striking ‘‘December 31, 2010’’ and inserting ‘‘March 4, 2011’’.
