U Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Inte- Pwsivr; tv rior be, and he hereby is, directed to place upon the pension roll of the R“°h°l Mm"' United States the name of Rachel Mills, of Binghamton, New York, widow of Peter Mills, late a major in the United States army, at the rate of twenty dollars per month, from the date of April nrst, in the year eighteen hundred and sixty-four.
