Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the commissioner of public East Capitol buildings be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed, in such manner S;3;g*;]%°Lin as he may deem most proper, to cause East Capitol Street to be graded gm, Squaw Bn. from Third Street east to Eleventh Street east, and to cause the square at c1¤s¤d· the intersection of said street with Massachusetts, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Kentucky avenues, between Eleventh and Thirteenth streets east, to be enclosed with a wooden fence, and the same shall be known as Lincoln Square.
