XIV. —- An Act to reimburse the States of Indiana and Ohiofrr Monegjs expended Mmm; 29, 1867, fw the United States in enrolling, equipping, and provisioning Militia Forces to aid in "`°"‘"` suppressing the Rebellion. Sec. 3. compensation for service at a rate greater than was at the time authorized by the laws of the United States and the regulations prescribed by the Secretary of lVar in similar cases. Sec. 5.
