Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America im Congress assembled, That section one thousand six R. S., 1675, p. 293, hundred and seventy-five of the Revised Statutes be amended so as to ¤·¤*°¤*l¢d· read as follows: _"SEO. 1675.
