D. CHAP. 337.-An act granting a pension to Ben Alsop. yum, lg, 1g7g_ Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the B_ Alsop_ Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the Pension to. pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension-laws, the name of Ben Alsop, of Owensborough, Kentucky, a soldier in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve; the pension to be allowed from the ninth day of March, eighteen hundred and seventy-eight Approved, June 19, 1878. CHAP. 338.-An not granting a pension to William H. Nims. June 19, 1878.
