Fitzgerald, United States Army, the sum of seven hundred and ninety-eight dollars and thirty-three cents, being a refund to the said Jenkins A. Fitzgerald for moneys originally received by him from the Department of the Interior, for medical services ren dared at the Arapahoe and Cheyenne Indian agency in the years eighteen hundred and sixty-nine, and eighteen hundred and seventy, and which moneys so received the said Jenkins A. Fitzgerald was required to return to the Treasury by order of the Second Comptroller. Approved, March 1, 1879.
