McCormick S“l“‘7· the sum of five hundred and fifty-five dollars and fifty-six cents, in full of all claim by said McCormick for salary as special messenger and watchman to the Special Committee on Investigation of the Freedman’s Savings and Trust Company during the Forty-fourth Congress, from the sixteenth day of August, eighteen hundred and seventy-six, to the fourth day of March, eighteen hundred and seventy-seven, inclusive. F. Whitman, on the First National Bank of Washington, District of Columbia, for three thousand four hundred and fourteen dollars, dated March ninth, eighteen hundred and sixty-seven, and which has not been paid.
