Campbell is defendant, obtained in the United States circuit court for the district of Oregon, amounting, at the ‘ time it was rendered, to the sum of two thousand one hundred dollars and fifty cents, and the further sum of one hundred and ninety-one dollars and thirty-five cents for court and witnesses’ fees in defending said suit, said judgment having been obtained against said J.
