For support of Indian industrial school at Forest Grove, Oregon, Forest Grove, thirty thousand dollars; and said sum shall be disbursed upon the Omgbasis of an allowance of two hundred dollars for the support and edu- cation of each scholar, and not exceeding ive hundred dollars of said sua: rhay be used for the transportation of children to and hom said sc oo . * . And the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized to cause to be I ¤ d ¤ ¤ * ¤' i • I constructed, at a point in the Indian Territory adjacent to tho south· ggdwx "' ern boundary of tho State of Kansas and ucar to tho Ponca and Paw- 1,,,;;,,, -1-,,,;. noo reservations, and upon u section of land suitable in quality and tory. location for the industrial purposes of said school, which section of land is hereby reserved for said purpose, a. building suitable in size and convenience for the instruction and cam of one hundred and fifty Indian children, and shall cause to be instructed therein, in tho English language and in industrial pursuits, tho children of such of the Indian tribes located in tho Indian Territory as am least provided for under existing treaties or laws; and for this purpose there is hereby approprimed the sum of twenty-ilvo thousand dollars, or so much thereof as · may be necessary to be immediately available: Provided, That' not AWW- exceeding fiftcou thousand dollars of this sum shall be expended in the erection, completion, and fumishiug of said building. And the Secretary of the Interior is hereby further authorized to Dakota Toniouuse to be constructed, at somo suitable point on tho Sioux rosorva- *¤¤· tiun, in Dakota Territory, and upon a section of land suitable in quality and location for the industrial purposes of said school, which section of land is hereby rescrvcd for said purpose, a building suitable in size and convenience for the instruction and com of one hundred and fifty Indian children, and shall cause to be instructed therein, in tho English language and in industrial pursuits, tho children of the Indian tribes located on said reservation, or in his discretion tho Secretary of the Iu~ tcrior may establish said school in the school building now standing on the Pawnee reservation, in State of Nebraska; and for this purpose there is hereby appropriated the sum of twentyilvo thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to be immediately available: Provided, That if tho Secretary of the Interior shall not establish said Amino. school in tho buildings on the late Pawnee reservation, that not exceeding fiftecu thousand dollars of this sum shall be expended in the croction, completion, and furnishing of said building.
