Szq. 2:—That said bridge shall be constructed and built without EBYMFIRI-lDt8Yf6fCD(!8 with the security and convenience of navigation ofpqnd raver beyond what is necessary to carry into effect the rights and pnvdcgcs hereby granted; and in order to secure u compliance with these conditions tho corporation, previous to commencing the construction of the bridge, or of the accessory works designed to secure the best practical channel-way thr navigation and confine the dow of tho water to as pcrmqucnt channel at said point, shall snbmitto the Secretary of mm, m, fo 1,.
