Be it enacted by the Senate andHoase of Representatives of the United Manufacturers' States of America in Gongress assembled, That the name of the Manu- 1$¤¤¤¤¤·l B=¤k <>f facturers’ National Bank of New York, a corporation whose location 1`*’,Q;n¥;’;],;u god to was changed irom the city of New York to the city of Brooklyn, in the M,,,,,,,-,,,,,,,.,,,., State of New York, by an act of Congress approved July twenty- National Bank of seventh, eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, shall bechanged to the Manu- B¤¤>kly¤» N· Y- faotnrers’ National Bank of Brooklyn whenever the board of directors 2,1**;**gg* 15· °h· of the said bank shall accept the new name by resolution of said board of ’ ’directors, and cause a copy of said resolution, duly authenticated, to be F~•>¤¤· filed with the Comptroller of the Currency: Provided, That such acceptance shall be made within six months after the passage of this act, and that all expenses incident to such change, including engraving, shall be home and paid by said bank.
