Alexander Smiley, proprietor of distillery numbered two, in the county of Mississippi and State of Missouri: Provided, That he shall be satisfied that said Smiley has fully paid to the Government: all taxes due for spirits actuully made by his distillery from the iirst day of February to tho twenty-third day of April, eighteen hundred and seventyfive.
