CHAP. 638.-An act for the relief of Elias B. Moore. _ Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United gms B- M°°*`°- States of America in Congress assembled, That the sum of three hundred “Y'“°”° t°‘ and twenty-five dollars be, and the same is hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the relief of Elias B. Moore, ex-postmaster at Fayetteville, Arkansas, that being - the amount of postal stamps taken possession of by the United States Army in eighteen hundred and sixty-two, the value of which has been paid to the Government. GW- States of America in Congress assembled, That Henry Gee, of Florida, ,03;Q{m":)Qlj:D$°; who under the act of August eleventh, eighteen hundred and forty-two, F;0,m,,_ for his relief, made a void location, be, and in case of his death his legal Vol. 6, p. 857. representatives are hereby, authorized to make a relocation as provided by said act upon any unoccupied lands subject to homestead or preemption entry in the State of Florida, and in making such relocation may select a quarter-section of four forty·acre continuous tracts; and he or they shall be entitled to a patent for the whole amount thereof upon paying for the excess over and above the amount authorized to be located by said act at the rate of one dollar and twenty-ive cents per acre. ‘ Approved, July 6, 1886.
