Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 1Ef;g§(jgi§g§e;géd United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary ` of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension—rolls the name of Richard Hogan, a private of Company B, First Regiment of United States Dragoons, in the war with Mexico, and grant him a pension of thirty dollars a month from and after the passage of this act, in lieu of the pension he now receives.
