CHS. 1053-1055, 1066, 1067. 1888. l 193 CHAP. 1053.-A.n act granting a pension to Christian Winkel. $€P*¢¤¤b¤1’ 26. 1888- _ Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Regresentattves of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of Wi¤k<=*· the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on ` the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Christian Winkel, late a private in Company B, Sixth Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry. Approved, September 26, 1888. CHAP. 1054.—A.n act to increase the pension of Samuel A. Tate. september 26, isss. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary 1§•;;<=1¢-T¤¤¤- of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place °° m°"“°°‘ on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations o the pension laws, the name of Samue A. Tate, late of Company I, of the Fortieth Regiment Illinois Volunteers, and pensioned under certificate numbered three hundred and twenty-one thousand four hundred and eighty-six, and to pay him a pension at the rate of twenty- ` four dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, September 26, 1888. CHAP. 1055.-An act granting an increase of pension to George A. October 1. iw Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Uniwd States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary gprgdgnpgomerly- of the Treasury is hereby authorized to pay to Mrs. Florida Kennerly, Y ` out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, one hundred and twenty-six dollars and sixty cents.
