Cross, of the United States Army, who were on duty with Lieutenant A. W. Sinkinson, widow of Robert Sinkinson, late a private in Company K, Eighty-eighth Regiment of Pennsylvania Volunteers, on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary Margaret M. miner. of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place P°""‘°"· on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Margaret M. Miller, of Elgin, Illinois. a volunteer Army nurse during the war of the rebellion, and pay her during life a pension at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month from and after the passage of this act.
