Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the gggsiygj M°Wm¤·¤· United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary ` of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lucinda Mewman, of Payson, Illinois, sister of John W. Mewman, late private in Company K, Seventy-eighth Regiment Illinois Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of eighteen dollars a month. . Approved, March 2, 1889. ` Mm-cb 2, 1Ss9. CHAP. 516l-An act granting a pension to W. Wilson. _ Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the §n‘Q;)f"S°“· United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, directed to place on the pensionroll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the ension laws, the name of W.
