Be it enacted by the Senate and Hozzyse of R€])T€$€7lil1til’€8 of 'fhe _Pen.sions appropriap United Slates 0i America in Congress assembled, That the following

  • ’°““· sums be, and the same are hereby, appropriated, out of any money
