CHAP. 93'l.—An act to relieve Enoch Venter from the charge of desertion. September 25, 1890. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary E¤¢>¤1¤Veuwr. _ of War be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the ,,,(,i,§°' °°“°'°‘°" charge of desertion from the name of Enoch Venter, of Afton, Wy- oming, late of Cogndpany H, Eighth Kansas Volunteers, he being marked and charg as a deserter, and to amend the military recor of said soldier so charged as a deserter, and to pay him all pay, Pay, ctc. bounty, and allowances as may be due him without reference to the charge of desertion. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary Hemjy A.Bar¤um. of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to dplaee on P°""‘°“· the pension-roll the name of Henry A. Barnum, late briga ier-general and brevet ma'or-general of volunteers, and pay him a pension of one hundred doliars per month from and after the passage of this act. Approved, September 26, 1890.
