United States of America in Congress assem Zed, That the Secretary P°"“‘°‘“ of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll the name of James Knetsar, who was a so d1er in Captain Daniel Powell’s company, in the First Regiment, commanded by Colonel Hosea Pierce, in the Black Hawk war, and pay him a pension of twenty dollars per month.
