Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Ase¤;m»_·1·¤¤·¤e»-. United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary P“‘S‘°” “’“’°°°“d· of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Asenath Turner, widow of Samuel Dunham, late a Revolutionary soldier, from twelve dollars per month to thirty dollars per month duringlher natural life, the same to commence from the taking eifect of this act. Smail, deceased, late a private in Company B, Fifth Regiment Iowa Volunteers (and who was killed in battle at Iuka, in the State of Mississippi, on or about September nineteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-two), be, and she is ereby, placed upon the peI1Si0Ir1‘0ll and granted a pension, Approved, September 30, 1890.
