Azpell, widow of Doctor Thomas N. Azpell, late assistant surgeon Unite States Army, and to pay he1· at the rate of thirty dollars per month, in lieu of that which she is now receiving. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary Amos enum. of the Interior be, and he is here y, directed to lplace upon the pen. mmm sion-rolls the name of Amos Gilbert, of New aven, onnecticut, who served as an enlisted seaman in the Navy of the United States, and was discharged on the thirteenth day of July,' eighteen hundred and forty-two, and who, while in the service, contracted disabilities from which he has never recovered, and to pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-five dollars a month.
