United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary P""‘"°°· of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to pay Andrew Schneider, doing a business as a brewer in the city of Plymouth, State of Wisconsin, the some of one hundred dollars, for special-tax stamps purchased for the manufacture of more than five hundred barrels of beer per annum; the said Schneider having for the years so purchased, namely, eighteen hundred and seventy-five and eighteen hundred and seventy-six, manufactured and sold less than five hundred barrels per annum, and who duly made claim for
