Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 11. w. Keyes. United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary P“"“°"‘°°°‘ of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to H. W. Keyes, late of Company F, Fourth Wisconsin Infantry Vo - unteers, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of t ree hundred dollars, the same being for money wrongfully paid by said H.W. Keyes to Doctor.] . H. Babcock, receiver of commutation money for the ourth Wisconsin district, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, to relieve the said H. W. Keyes from a draft made in said district, to which draft the said H. W. Keyes was not then liable, he not being a resident of said district. Approved, February 13, 1891. February 18, 1891. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the oregon Paving and United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary °‘§,‘f“,,§{,,°{’,{,'{,*’,‘§{'{;,,,_ of War be, an he is hereby, authorized to cancel a certain contract ¤·¤¤¤wi¤¤- entered into by and between the Oregon Paving and Contract Compjany, of the one part, and Captain Charles F. Powell, United States ngineer, acting for and on behalf of the United States, of the other part, and dated the second day of June, anno Domini eighteen hunred and eighty-seven, where y said Oregon Paving and Contract Company contracted to furnish a certain amount of stone of certain imensions to be used in the improvement of the mouth of the Columbia River, Oregon, on such terms as he may deem equitable and just.
