Swag§e{·ty’s Comdpany, Second Regiment Georgia Mounted Volunteers, orida an Cherokee wars of eighteen hundred and thirty-seven and eighteen hundred and thirty-eight, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month. Sill’s company of Colonel William odd’s battalion, Georgia Creek War Volunteers, eighteen hundred and thirty-six, and pay him the same pension as is allowed by law for service in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve.
