Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the -3*]*;*; H‘Ql°({g;*ém0u United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary remevelii of the Navy be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to correct the record of John I-Iolloran, late an ordmarly seaman in the United States Nav , and to remove from the pay-rol of the vessel Dawn the charge of desertion made against the said Holloran, and to furnish to him an honorable discharge from the Navy of the United States. Approved, March 3, 1891. March 8.1891. CHAP. 575.-An act for the relief of Mrs. M. J. Donahoe. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the mm. M. J. Dommoe. United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary P“’“"°”° °°‘ of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Mrs. M. J. Donahoe, of Alabama, the sum of three hundred and forty-five dollars and fifty cents, due upon her contract for rent of house at Talladega, in the State of Ala ama, as appears by certified account on file in the Treasury Department, to be paid out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated. Ellis _ Be it enacted by the Senate and House og Representatives of the §g:;{,§·m¤- United States of America in Congress assem led, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Nancy E. Ellis, of Gritiin, Spaulding ounty, Georgia, who is the widow of Captain James T. Ellis, in the Creek Indian War, of eighteen hundred and thirty-six and allow her a pension of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1891 1n.rch3, 1891. CHAP. 577.-An act granting a pension to Martha N. Hudson. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the ·{,·g¤¤sj¤Ff¤¤¤¤¤ United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is here y, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions "and limitations of the ppnsion laws at the rate of twenty dollars per month, the name of artha N.
