Re it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary gmmu of the Interior be, and he is here y, authorized and directed to lace on the pension—roll, subject to the provisions and limitations ol] the pension laws, the name of Joseph Dascomb, dependent father of harles B. Dascomb, late a private in Company D, Fourth New Hampshire Infantry. Approved, March 3, 1891.
