Atwell as captain of Compan G, Thirty-seventh Wisconsin Volunteer Regiment of Infantry, to date November eighteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, and that the Secretary of War give to him an honorable discharge as Captain of said Company an Regiment to date November twenty-two, eighteen hundred and sixty-four. United States of America in Congress assembled, That the President m¤_°“°" °m"S "` of the United States be, and hereby is, authorized to revoke Special Orders numbered three hundred and thirty-seven, War Department, Adjutant-General’s Office, Washington, July twenty-ninth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, dismissing Chaplain Lorenzo S. Coffin, Thirty-second Iowa Volunteers, from the service of the United States, for absence without proper authority, so far as it relates·to and affects said Lorenzo S. Coihn, and to cause to be issued to him, as chaplain of said regiment, a certiiicate of honorable muster-out of the service as of the date of August tenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three. United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary ,,,°°",,,,1fL°“""°°°'° °°" of War be, and hereby is, authorized and required to amend the military record of Jonathan Murphy, of Grant County, Indiana, and late a rivate of Company G, of the Fifty-second Regiment of Indiana Volunteers in the war of the rebellion, by removin therefrom the charge of desertion, and substitute therefor, slightIy wounded and captured in a skirmish at Durhamville, Tennessee, on September seventeenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, and paroled; and, without having returned to his command, re—enlisted in Company F, one hundred and twenty-fourth Re `ment Indiana Volunteers, on December twentydifth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, served faithfully therein, and was honorably mustered out with said company on Aurrovin. gust thirtyéirst, eighteen hundred and sixty-five: Provided, That N°P"· °“’· e shall receive no pay or allowances by virtue of this act, Approved, March 3, 1891.
