Re it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary Gm",- of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to in- ` crease the pension of Francis A. Gaskill, late a private in Company ~ . K, Sixth Regiment New Jersey Volunteers, at the rate of forty-five dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1891.
