ALLOWANCE FOR CLERKS AT CONSULAR OFFICES. ¤1¤rk¤¤¢¤¤¤¤¤l¤¤¤¤- For allowance for clerks at consulates-general and consulates, fifty- ‘ five thousand six hundred and twenty dollars, the sum to be allowed at each not to exceed the rate herein specified, as follows: Liverpool, two thousand dollars. Havana, one thousand six hundred dollars. Antwerp, one thousand five hundred dollars. Shanghai, one thousand six hundred dollars. London, Paris, and Rio de Janeiro, at onethousand six hundred dollars each, four thousand eight hundred dollars. Berlin, Bremen, Chemnitz,.Crefeld, Frankfort, Hamburg, Havre, Hong-Kong, Kanagawa, Lyons, Manchester, Montreal, Barmen, Mexico, and Vienna, at one thousand two hundred each, eighteen thousand dollars. Belfast, one thousand dollars. Birmingham, Bradford, and Marseilles at nine hundred and sixty dollars each, wo thousand eight hundred and eighty dollars. Bordeaux, Calcutta, Colon, Dresden, Dundee, G asgow, Leirmic, Melborne, Nuevo-Laredo, Nuremberg, Panama, Port au Prince, Sheftield, Singapore, Sonneberg, Tunstall, Toronto, and Brussels, at eight hundre ollars each, fourteen thousand four hundred dollars.
