" g° °'“` Ohio River between the cities of Covington, Kentucky, and Cincinnati, Ohio, at the place and according to the plans of said bridge approved by the Secretary of War, except that the height of said bridge above V°'· 2* P- 415- low water shall be one hundred and five feet and iour inches instead of one hundred and fifteen ieet as now required by law and as shown by the plans approved by said Secretary of War: Provided, That nothing

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United F¤r¤W•w¤» 1¤<>1¤· States of America in Congress assembled, That to enable the Secretary of War to enlarge the military post at Fort Wayne, Michigan, he is wtumypgxf 1¤¤¤ hereby authorized to accept, tree of cost to the United States, such tract of land adjoining the post of Fort Wayne as in his judgment _ shall be well adapted and in all respects suitable for military purposes: Pf"'"°· Provided, That the title shall have been declared valid by the Attor- ""‘°· ney-General of the United States.
