Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United 0¤€*b¤ I¤di¤¤ RW States of America in Congress assembled, That the President of the °"°“°°’ Nd"' United States of America, upon the execution by the Presbyterian P;**·°””r,'·;’ni°°,';},°f;’,:' Board of Home Missions of a patent to the United States of the lands sms3h':. now occupied by them, as described in the iirst preamble herein, is ‘ hereby authorized and directed to issue to the Presbyterian Board of Home Missions a patent for the following-described land, to wit: the southwest quarter of northeast quarter and west half of southeast quarter and northeast quarter of southeast quarter of fractional section numbered twenty-nine, township twenty-five, range eight east of the sixth principal meridian, on the Omaha Indian reservation, in Thurston County, Nebraska, containing one hundred and sixty acres, more or less. to have and to hold the same, so long as the said Presbyterian Board of Home Missions shall use and occupy the premises for educational, charitable, and religions purposes,'°and no longer.
