Eloctrlo to incorporate the Washiugtonn and Great Falls Electric Railway Com- R$f,f‘;,°I‘ff"3*{,:E"`;_,]_ pany," approved July twenty-ninth, eighteen hundred and nino¤y—two, 2s.p.is2.'and tho amendment thereto approved August twenty-third, eighteen lmndrod and ninety-four, bo, and the same are hereby, amended as follows: Section one shall be amended to read as follows, commencing with tho word “boginuing," in line seventeen: F·¤$¤ ¤°·***°*l· “Boginuing at a passenger station to be erected and maintained on I‘°°"“°"· tho square bounded by Prospect, Thirty-fifth, M, and Thirtysixth streets northwest, as hereinafter provided for; thence westerly along Prospect street to or 1¤ca1·Thirty-eighth street northwest; thence westearly and northerly on land to be acquired, except at street crossings, by said company, to and across the Foxhall road · tlwuoo westerly along the top of tho bluf ou the north side of the Ciaual road, aud outside and south of the southern boundary of the land of the Washington Aqueduct pertaining to tho distributing reservoir, to n point on said bound l not more than six hundred feet from the western boundary of said 12:3; thence acrosssaid land, but at no point less than two hundred feet from the outer crest of the dam of said reservoir, to said western boundary; thence westwardly on a route exterior to and ou the south side of tho land of the United States pertaining to tho Conduit road to the land of the said aqucduct pertaining to tho receiving resorvoir; thence through said land to a point on the land of said aqucducts near tho westerly foot of Dalecarlia Hill; thence wastwardly on a route exterior to and on tho south side of the land of tho United States partaining to the Conduit road, except in tho vicinity of Wasbiiigtou Aqueduct boundary stone numbered thirty-one, as hereinafter described, to Cabin John Creek, returning thence along the same line, by return tracks to the place of beginning, with tho privilege of constructing a Br¤¤<=¤1*¤¤¤- branch line, with a single or double track, from tho Conduit road lands To vh¤i¤Bri¤1s•>- south to Chain Bridge, and It branch line north, beginning and connecting at a point on its main line, about opposite said Chain Bridge; thence running northerly on land to be acquired by said corporation to the Conduit road; thence across the Conduit road at right angles and on the grade of this road; thencc northerly on land to be acquired by said corporation, except across and along streets, where necessary, to apoiut my T°¤¤¤“-V*°"¤ on the Georgetown and Teimllytowu Railway at or near the junction mp. of the Loughboro road with tho River road.
