Bm I Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rqnresentatives of the United =,,,,,,‘§,‘.f.`T,:'§,,j£"{,°';Q§ States of America in Congress assembled, That the Act approved March _;,rzMf°¤lg¤·;¤Il•¢_l,{ second, eighteen hundred and ninety-five, to authorize the Pittsburg, ,0,.; g.,,,,,..._,£ Monongahela and Wheeling Railroad Company to construct a bridge v¤1.¤8.r· over the Monongahela River, in the State of Pennsylvania, which Act has expired by limitation, be, and is hereby, revived and re-enacted. f ISec. 2. That this Act shall be null and void if actual construction V0!-28.1>·'F¤· of the bridge herein authorized be not commenced within one year and completed within three years from the first day of March, eighteen hundred and ninety-seven; and all the benefits of this Act shall inure and belong to the Pittsburg, Monongahela and Wheeling Railroad Company, a corporation existing under the laws of Pennsylvania, its successors or assigns."
