Cutter, Thirty-sixth Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, on January second, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, “fo1' the good of the ser·vice,” and to issue to him an honorable discharge as of said date: Provided, That nothing in this Act shall §f,°'fd‘g,,,,m my be construed so as to allow the said Cutter any pay, bounty, pension nw- ' or other allowances to which he would not have been entitled under the terms of his original discharge. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Mary A. nm. Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pen- P""'""' sion roll, subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws, the name of Mary A. Hall, widow of Charles J. Hall, late of Company A, Seventh Regiment of Connecticut Volunteers, and allow her a pension rated at twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 18, 1896.
