Avril 24.1896- Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Timms 9mm- Intcrior is hereby authorized and empowered to place on the invalid P°°‘l°""‘°’°"'°°‘ pension roll of the United States the name of Thomas Corigan, late a _ member of Company B of the Eighty-eighth Illinois Volunteer Infantry, 2 the rate of fifty dollars per month, trom and after the passage of this ct. Approved, April 24, 1896. CHAP. 132.-An Act To restore to the pension rolls the name ofAgnes A. Blackman. April 24, met. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That `the Secretary of the gv? *-3*, '¤¤•¤,· Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and instructed to restore to the ` pension rolls the name of Agnes A. Blackman, widow of George C. Blackman, brigade surgeon, United States Volunteers, certificate numbered three hundred and forty-six thousand three hundred and twenty- four, at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, April 24, 1896. ‘ CHAP. 133.-An Act Granting a pension to Caroline Parker. Ayn 2;,139; U Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United _ _ States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the P“‘“'· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, at twelve dollars per month, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Caroline Parker, of Waverly, Kansas, dependent mother of Asbury M. Parker, alias Asbery Parker, who enlisted in the Fourteenth Kansas Cavalry. Approved, April 24, 1896. CHAP. 134.-——An Act To amend an Act increasing the pension of Marcus D. Box. Jpilwl Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Act approved Feb- ,1;-:*,:: ¤· BM ruary eighth, eighteen hundred and ninety-five, be amended so as to v..1E·s,{».nu:¤. read as follows: “That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby author R°·°**°**°**'°"‘°"°"· ized and directed to place upon the invalid pension roll the name of Marcus D. Box, late a private of Company D, First Missouri Volunteer Infantry, afterwards First Missouri Artillery, subject to the limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month, in lieu of the pension which he is now receiving." Approved, April 24, 1896. CHAP. 135.-An Act Granting a pension to Peter B. Palmenteer. Apri12·L1896· Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the ;:¤=qB-P¤1¤¤¤¤r¤¤r- Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the "‘"°"‘ pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Peter B. Palmenteer, late a private in Company D, Seventh Michigan Cavalry, and to grant him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 24, 1896. `
